Sometimes while trying to download videos you may experience the download failing by not completely downloading or by displaying an error while trying to open the video file.
In most cases, you can fix this issue by locating and downloading the video again.
If the file is still failing please try the following in order.
Refresh the page.
Make sure you are logged into your account.
Please try using a private or incognito tab to download the files.
Make sure your computer/device has the latest video codecs and if able to run that particular video file.
Contact our support desk using this link, with the name of the video files you are experiencing issues downloading. Sometimes the actual hosted file on our server may be corrupted.
