We will only do a refund if you have downloaded less then ten video clips, otherwise, all sales are final.

It is important to understand that we have no problem fulfilling refund request if there are substantial evidence the refund request is genuine but it is important to understand that we have the final absolute rights not to fulfill any refund requests if there are reasons to believe that the refund request is not genuine for instance but not limited to buying our product just to download them then get refund to get free stuff, this is something we absolutely will contest.
